I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a First Class Honours Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. All my workouts and nutritional advice is based on scientific principles which means they are proven methods that get results. I stay well away from all the “fads” that unfortunately saturate this industry as I want to deliver results NOT false promises.
I like to keep active myself, I exercise regular and follow a healthy lifestyle as I believe that regular exercise is the key to a healthy and happy life. As you see your results you will also experience an increase in self esteem making you feel better internally about yourself.
Many clients lack confidence and motivation when they first come to me. Don’t let this be a barrier as I believe in you and know that you can do it. You just need the right support and to believe in yourself which is my job.
My main areas of interest are body fat reduction, resistance training for both muscular tone and strength development, and endurance training which is great for burning body fat or if you are planning to do your first 10K.
